Design Formations

Design Formations specializes in creating Polyurethane Castings of your design model from epoxy and rubber molds.  We have many years of experience in creating cast parts in quantities ranging from 1 to 50,000 and can produce molds up to 36” x 24” x 60”.  We can produce castings in any urethane material, color, texture, or tint desired, including clear.  Over-molded parts can also be created per customer specifications.  

 

Using our wide range of resources available, we can match urethanes to any Pantone color, sample color, tint, or fluorescent color desired.  Design Formations, offers urethanes in a variety of durometers and textures, as well as in FDA approved materials and FDA approved colorings.  Whether your parts need to be glossy, matte, foam-like or stone-like, we will create them for you.
